Awareness of oneself is the key to true fulfillment, and I strive to inspire this in the lives of the individuals I meet. I focus on holistic health, a phrase commonly used, but what does it mean?

Holistic health means considering the entire picture when approaching a person's well-being. I understand that body, mind, and spirit do not exist independently of one another. Instead, these three aspects rely on each other to produce the masterpiece of an individual's perceptions, actions, and experiences. When these three are out of balance, life feels like it's happening to us rather than with us. Our thoughts and feelings often become stuck in the past or future, leading to repeated patterns in our relationships and experiences. The body feels like a burden and becomes addicted to unfulfilling things. Our health may even start to decline. There is good news and difficult news:

The good news is that there is a way out, regardless of how impossible it may seem. The difficult news is that our experiences train us to be wherever we find ourselves. It took effort to get all tangled up, and it will require effort to untangle the wires. So, what can you expect to experience?

Following the initial consultation, we'll develop a personalized therapy program tailored to your needs, based on your life experience, and incorporating balance-focused techniques and training. These sessions are not like visiting a psychotherapist. They are active explorations into what makes you tick and techniques for progressing toward a connected and balanced overall system. You should see results after each visit, and we look forward to joining you on that journey.
