Hello, I'm Tim McLaughlin. I have been studying and practicing holistic healing for over 25 years. I'm particularly interested in traditional tools that help balance the body with the mind and spirit. These tools include traditional Hawaiian bodywork and conflict resolution practices, mindfulness meditation, yoga asana and yoga nidra, Reiki-style energy healing, traditional and modern Western astrology, and much more. I use these tools to help clients find fulfillment by understanding their body, mind, and spirit. I don't offer a doctrine or ask clients to believe in ideas that don't make sense. I help people along their path to discovering the Who, What, When, Why, and How of their lives.

I chose this work to inspire goodness in the world, one person at a time. The world becomes a better place through the intention and efforts of individuals. Sometimes life takes us crazy places, and clear or good intentions become strangers. Instead, we wander around looking for a person or thing that will solve our fundamental problems.
One of the most radical and defiant things a person can do is turn their awareness inward; it defies everything most of us are taught. I have seen how beneficial and transformational it is to develop a healthy relationship with yourself. Want to go on an adventure?
